Your website is your most important marketing tool! It’s where new visitors are introduced to you and it’s where existing contacts/clients can come to connect. Your website serves as a hub for information—everything from business hours and locations to staff contacts, maps, and more! Your website can help facilitate signups, volunteer opportunities, programs, podcasts, and payment/donations. A custom-designed, mobile-ready website allows you to connect with your community and effectively share your business/organization!
IMPORTANT: Clients must have full access to their existing domain account(s) and be prepared to share the necessary details with me to ensure the successful completion of their website. New domains will be created and purchased through Squarespace.
My services do not include email exchange unless you are creating a new service through Squarespace. Please contact me with any questions.

FEE SCHEDULE
The total project fee is due in full upon acceptance of the proposal. No work will commence, and no project time will be reserved, until payment has been received.
Optional website maintenance, training, or ongoing support services are not included unless stated and will be billed separately.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Ownership of all website files, graphics, content, and design elements transfers to the client only after full payment has been received and the project has been completed.
Anna Spencer Creative Media & Design retains the right to display all completed work for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
NEXT STEPS
To proceed, the client must:
Accept the proposal or request revisions to the scope
Submit full payment of the project fee
Upon completion of these steps, the project will be placed on the production schedule and work will begin.

Each project is tailored to your needs and may include visual updates, better navigation, and mobile-friendly improvements. Rates range from $800–$2,000 depending on the scope of the redesign.
